Early Figural (Dolphin) Bronze Beer or Wine Tap

A very large (and heavy) 17th/early 18thC Continental (probably German) cast bronze beer or wine tap with a beautiful, stylized dolphin. The dolphin is solid bronze and weights 8-9 lbs (the whole weighs 12 lbs). Great surface with a superb patina. Wonderful sculpture!
