Charming portrait of a well dressed young boy with light brown locks. Though the artist is unidentified it has the look of Thomas Sully and other Philadelphia painters of the period.

Condition: Excellent. Wax relining with scattered in-painting. The in-painting is impressively done, being barely visible to the naked eye.
